We have secured discounted rooms at Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart, the conference hotel, and Crowne Plaza Hobart. Both are booked through the conference registration portal. Two further hotels, Vibe and Travelodge, are offered at a discounted rate and booked directly with the hotel.

Rates cover up to 2 guests – there is no extra charge for a second person.

Rates are based on single, twin or double occupancy. If you need a particular bed configuration, such as a twin for room sharing, add it to the notes field when you book. Configurations are subject to availability.

Ideally located on the Hobart waterfront, the hotel offers comfortable accommodation, well-appointed guest rooms and a range of quality facilities including an indoor pool, fitness centre, restaurant and bar. With modern amenities and scenic harbour or city views available, it provides a relaxing and convenient base during your time in Hobart.

Located in the centre of Hobart's CBD, Crowne Plaza Hobart offers stylish, contemporary accommodation within easy reach of the conference activities. Situated approximately 850 metres from the conference hotel, it provides a convenient alternative for delegates who wish to stay close by while enjoying the vibrant city surroundings.
The hotel features modern, well-appointed guest rooms along with premium facilities including a fitness centre, restaurant and bar, creating a comfortable and well-connected base during your stay in Hobart. Rooms are allocated by the hotel on arrival.

The breakfast rate includes breakfast for one guest. If a second guest would like breakfast, let the hotel know at check-in and pay the hotel directly.

Vibe Hotel Hobart
Vibe Hotel Hobart is located in prime position on Argyle Street, within walking distance of Hobart's historic waterfront and Salamanca Place. The Georgian warehouses, fishing punts and the odd seal along the waterfront create picture-perfect moments in an area you'd want to stay in.
Travelodge Hotel Hobart
Travelodge Hotel Hobart is centrally located in the heart of Hobart. A short walk leads to charming dining and shopping spots such as Battery Point, Salamanca Markets, Constitution Dock and the waterfront.

Payment requests will come with an invoice on ASN letterhead from an @asnevents.net.au email address. If unsure about a payment's legitimacy, contact your ASN Events Project Manager.
We prioritise the security of your information and use secure IT platforms. Unauthorised firms may pose as legitimate agents; ignore any unsolicited requests for credit card details.
ASN Events and partner hotels will not promote specific accommodation via email or phone, nor request credit card details this way. Any such requests should come directly from the partner hotel.
Accommodation Bookings Terms and Conditions
Check in time: 3:00pm
Check out time: 11:00am
Check-in times - Rooms are not guaranteed available until 3pm on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
Changes - If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
Cancellations - Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.
Security deposit upon check in - A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.
Room availability - During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email the Conference Secretariat if you have any queries regarding accommodation.
