The Conference secured a number of discounted rooms at Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart (Conference Hotel) and Crowne Plaza Hobart.
Full pre-payment is required 35 days prior and bookings are non-refundable within 35 days of the conference commencing. Any accommodation not finalised in this time will be cancelled. Please contact Zoe Samas at zoe.s@asnevents.net.au if you have any questions.

Travelodge Hotel Hobart
Travelodge Hotel Hobart is centrally located in the heart of Hobart. A short walk leads to charming dining and shopping spots such as Battery Point, Salamanca Markets, Constitution Dock and the waterfront.

If the hotels are no longer able to offer the discounted rates, the online link will automatically close.
BEWARE OF SCAMS
ASN Events will never ask a third party to request your credit card or financial information without prior arrangement with one of our staff members. Payment requests will come with an invoice on ASN letterhead from an @asnevents.net.au email address. If unsure about a payment's legitimacy, contact your ASN Events Project Manager.
We prioritise the security of your information and use secure IT platforms. Unauthorised firms may pose as legitimate agents; ignore any unsolicited requests for credit card details.
ASN Events and partner hotels will not promote specific accommodation via email or phone, nor request credit card details this way. Any such requests should come directly from the partner hotel.
Accommodation Bookings Terms and Conditions
Check in time: 3:00pm
Check out time: 11:00am
Check-in times - Rooms are not guaranteed available until 3pm on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
Changes - If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat (Zoe Samas) for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
Cancellations - Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.
Security deposit upon check in - A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.
Room availability - During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email the Conference Secretariat if you have any queries regarding accommodation.
